Horseware LED Red Light Therapy Pad

The Horseware® LED Red Light Therapy Pad offers advanced light technology combining red and infrared light to target both skin and deeper tissues.

• Red and infrared light penetrate the skin and are absorbed by mitochondria - the energy powerhouses of cells. This stimulation enhances cell function, repair and activity. The 660nm red light targets the surface layer, while the 850nm infrared light penetrates deeper to reach soft tissues.​
• One size - the pad is ideal for large areas such as the back, SI (sacroiliac), neck, shoulders, withers, or hindquarters.
• The LED pad can be used on humans and ALL animals.

The Horseware® LED Pad is extremely convenient to use. It has two programs, one with solid light (Green Program) for constant light, and one with a pulse feature (Blue Program) where the lights are in a 'blinking' mode. Within each of these programs are three settings: Red Light alone, Red Light and Infrared Light together and Infrared Light alone. An automatic timer turns off the treatment after 15-minutes.

The LED pad should never be used more than twice a day per person or animal to allow the body time to regenerate / absorb the treatment.

Need to know:

• LED product to be charged for 5 hours.
• Do not leave any LED product uncharged for longer than 6 weeks.
• Make sure the horse is not wet when using this product. This will reduce the chance of any water getting into the charge ports or LED pixels.
• Do not use directly over an open wound.
• Do not shine LED light directly into the eyes. 

Cleaning instructions:

• Gently brush or wipe clean with a cloth only.
• Do not submerge the LED product into water as it can risk damaging the USBC port.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from any moisture or damp areas, avoiding excessive heat and UV exposure.
