• Remember to be careful and consult with a doctor / veterinarian if you, your dog or any animal is overheating.
• It is important that you keep the mat / towel moist even when it is not in use. If it is dry, it becomes sensitive and can crack. To restore a dry product, you can rinse it with warm water.

Hand wash at 30 degrees. Use a small amount of mild detergent, rinse thoroughly and squeeze out excess water. Kept moist in a sealed plastic bag.
