Horse Weighband / Weight Tape

A Horse Weighband / Horse Weight Tape.

This weighing tape / band is a really easy way to measure your horse's weight. Although the Weighband will only give you an estimate of your horse's weight you can still use it to monitor any weight fluctuations, to know if your horse is losing or gaining weight.

It is really simple to use:

• To ensure the best reading possible, make sure your horse is standing square on a flat surface.
• Place your tape around your horse at the lowest point of the withers and as close to the elbow as possible.
• pull the tape firmly, but not so it dents into the flesh.
• It may help you to have someone with you to reassure your horse and make sure the tape isn't caught or twisted.
