YOU StreamZ Wristbands are available in the following sizes: To Measure - Measure your wrist's circumference in cms!

• Small -      wrist circumference = 17.5cm
• Medium -  wrist circumference = 19cm
• Large -      wrist circumference = 20.5cm
• XL -           wrist circumference = 22cm

Instructions - Place the band around either wrist, making sure the band is not too loose and that the full circumference of the wrist is in contact with the inside material. The wristband should be worn for a minimum of 8 hours a day, although ideally 24 hours a day.
